JICA Philippines Office gives life to JICA's motivating principles - "Human Resources Development, Nation - building, and Heart - to - Heart Communication" The Philippines Office is at the forefront of JICA's country - based approach. Currently, it has a total of 75 staff members (27 Japanese and 48 National staff) and has 21 long - term experts and 36 volunteers dispatched all around the country as of December 2006.
