Training on Local Health System in Japan
This training aims to provide the Filipino counterparts an opportunity for learning and understanding the regional health system of Kochi prefecture. Seven trainees will visit various municipalities and medical facilities in Kochi and are expected to learn Kochi’s past experiences and developments in building and maintaining sound health system. Upon their return, good practices will be applied to Benguet province.
This year, referral system strengthening and rational health facility planning are particularly chosen to be the core topics of the training program.
The training will be from October 13 to 27, 2009 for 15 days.
