A Mitsubishi brand Ambulance was donated to BLIIST ILHZ by JICA and a hand-over ceremony was held at the Provincial Capitol on February 2 right after the regular flag ceremony, with attendance of Governor, Vice-Governor, JICA Consultants, and provincial office staff. This Ambulance will be utilized for BLIIST ILHZ, and operation and maintenance expense will be paid out of the Common Health Trust Fund of ILHZ municipalities.
Also, an X-ray machine will be donated to Abatan Emergency Hospital. Its installation is expected to complete no later than March 2009 and start serving Mountain Trail ILHZ.
